Hey Dad!! Cool new website! I like it!!

Dr. Bergmann,

Hello! PLEASE HELP! I saw you last year for a clogged tear duct. Before I saw you I also saw 2 other doctors and was referred to you by one. About 6 years ago I went to the ER and everyone keeps telling me that it is a clogged tear duct. OK I am alright with that but please I don't have money to keep seeing doctors, the stuff you gave me really worked. The reason I am emailing you today is because it is back and it is miserable, instead of me having to pay more money, drive a distance, and probaly not get off of work, could you please call me something in. You have already seen me for the same thing it is not doing anything different. Me and my husband just move and can bearly pay attention, but I know you get that sad story all of time.

I left a message at your office to call me . Please help it waters and waters, then gives me a pounding headache all I am able to do right now is wipe it, which causes it to be irritated.

Thank you ,

WATERY EYE

HOLLIE

Dear Dr. Bergmann,
I would to introduce myself. My name is Mary and I am 24 years old. I have a condition known as uveitis in my right eye. Over the past three years I had been receiving steriod injections and using steriod drops. This of course caused a cataract to my eye and I had surgey(cataract removal/IOL) in April. I was treated a the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins. I am currently living in Baltimore but will be moving to Cincinnati in July. I was wondering if you could be the provider to follow up with me or if I need to see a certain specialist. Thank you for your time.
Mary
